Targeted by Scammers?

If you've received a phone call from someone claiming to be from PPI Claimline, asking you for a payment through UKASH or Western Union, you have unfortunately been targeted by a scam.

PPI Claimline has a transparent fee paying system, and we will never ask you for a payment before you have received your cash refund. At that point, we will send you a clear, written invoice.

Our fee is simple and straightforward

We will handle your claim from start to finish and only charge a straightforward, one-off fee of 33% + VAT of your cash refund, with no hidden costs.

Other companies may ask you to pay a higher flat fee, as well adding on upfront fees and charges for admin, cancellation costs and "future savings". You can read more about this on our page about fees.

What should I do if I receive a scam telephone call?

If you are a customer of PPI Claimline and you receive a telephone call asking you to make a payment or buy vouchers, don't pass on any personal information. Just hang up and call us for free on 0800 0665 668 to speak to one of our friendly, expert team. They will be happy to advise you about your situation and update you on the progress of your claim.
