Our privacy policy, relating to any personal information provided to us, is as follows:

In order to provide our services, we have to collect personal information on our customers. Security and privacy are of paramount concern to PPI Claimline Limited.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy and will provide notice on this website of the change at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect.

We may collect personal information from any customer, any joint policyholders, relevant lenders or other finance provider and any person who arranged the relevant finance or PPI.

Any information collected will be used in connection with a customer's enquiry and access to such information will be provided to our staff and other third parties who may help us to process customers' enquiries.

Unless and until we receive written notice otherwise from a customer, we may share a customer's personal information with banks, other financial institutions and financial advisers and affiliates, associated companies or service partners for the purposes of assisting a customer with financial planning matters. Save as set out in this privacy policy and as otherwise agreed by a customer, we do not disclose a customer's personal information provided to any third party.

Personal information will be retained for a period to enable us to provide customers with the most efficient service and to enable us to comply with legal obligations.

We may use cookies to store personal data and we may link information stored in cookies with personal data about specific individuals.
