Lower fees than other PPI companies

At PPI Claimline our policy is simple: we will always be up front with our customers about fees and charges. Where other companies might tack on extra charges or hidden fees, you can expect a simple, one-off fee of 25% +VAT of the cash compensation we win for you.

No win no fee

As part of our commitment to helping our customers, PPI Claimline operates on a no win no fee basis. This means we only ever charge a fee for our services if we successfully win your refund for you.  If for any reason your claim is rejected, there is absolutely nothing to pay.

This means we are on the same side as you - we only get paid if and when we win you money. There are no upfront fees to pay.

Open, honest advice

Some PPI companies are less than ethical, so watch out. These companies will often charge a fee for 'future savings' as well. On top of their usual fees, they'll also charge you for the money you'll save in the future. Sometimes the amount these PPI companies charge is higher than their actual refund amount, leaving customers out of pocket. This is something the Ministry of Justice has recently issued a warning about which we also strongly disagree with at PPI Claimline.

Going the extra mile

Our attention to detail means we can sometimes win our customers additional refunds. We look carefully for any hidden or unknown PPI policies which they may have, and if we find any we will work on getting them a refund for those as well.
